“Montana Garden” is a 4’x4’ mixed media piece on panel featuring birds of Montana that I created specifically as a donation to the Center for Large Landscape Conservation in conjunction with the Wildlands Festival in Big Sky, Montana Aug 1 & 2, with Dave Matthews headlining the event.

This painting will go into an exclusive art auction being held at a charity dinner in Big Sky on July 31, and will be previewed at Big Sky Gallery on July 30.

Funds raised will go to CLLC.  This is a group that does wonderful work all over the world, and specifically in Montana constructs those large grassy overpasses that allow for safe migration over highways.  Hopefully this painting will raise much more money than I could afford to give personally, and I’m so excited to be given this opportunity.
